Our new customised MANTAS T12 USV was named 'Autonomous surveyor' at a christening ceremony held during the 2nd Hamburg marine Survey Sessions conference, which was held last week at HomePORT Hamburg.
Subsea Europe Services' Sören Themann and Hanne Malik conducted the christening, which was watched by a packed audience of professionals attending the event organised by our partner Nicola Offshore and supported by the Subsea Europe Services team.
Reaction to the potential capabilities of Autonomous Surveyor was incredibly positive during the event, including following Sören's presentation at the conference, where he detailed a future of changing workflows and business models made possible by placing more focus on de-manning and autonomous operations.
