The role
As part of our strategic realignment and continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional Logistics Manager – Dual-Use Goods to lead and expand our logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the seamless movement, compliance, and delivery of dual-use goods to our European customers across commercial, scientific, and defence sectors. Leveraging your expertise in logistics management, international shipping, and regulatory compliance, you will build scalable processes, collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, and help shape the operational backbone that supports our next phase of expansion.
Some Of What You Will Do

Develop, implement, and continuously improve a regulatory framework for export control and the transportation of dual-use goods.

Establish and maintain a structured process framework to ensure compliance with national and international export control regulations.

Implement and oversee an internal control system (ICS) with a focus on export control, including documentation and monitoring.

Ensure customs- and export-compliant handling of national and international shipments, particularly for dual-use goods in accordance with the EU Dual-Use Regulation.

Plan, organise, and monitor transportation processes (air, sea, and road), considering country- and goods-specific requirements as well as continuously optimise warehouse management.

Review export processes for licensing requirements, prepare relevant applications, and liaise with authorities and freight forwarders.

Maintain export and customs data and ensure accurate documentation (e.g., export accompanying documents, ATLAS notifications in cooperation with external service providers).

Coordinate effectively across departments, including Sales, Engineering, and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
-
Completed commercial training or university degree in logistics, international trade, or a related field.
-
Proven experience in developing processes and implementing internal control systems.

Solid knowledge of customs, international trade, and export control law (especially EU Dual-Use Regulation, German Foreign Trade and Payments Act (AWG), BAFA).

Practical experience with ERP systems and ATLAS reporting systems is a plus.

Strong analytical and structured working style, with excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail in handling regulatory requirements.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

The role
As part of our strategic realignment and continued growth, we are seeking a Field Engineer / Payload Specialist to join our team in the integration and operation of advanced sonar, sensor, and navigation systems.
Some Of What You Will Do
-
Planning and execution of integration projects for sonar, sensor, and navigation systems on USVs

Adaptation and calibration of the systems for different platforms and operational scenarios
-
Technical support during project acceptance and handover to the end customer
-
Instruction and training of customers and partners on system operation and functionalities
-
Point of contact for customers, partners, and colleagues for technical inquiries, as well as system troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration
-
Preparation and execution of hydrographic surveys, as well as presentations, demonstrations, and live testing of the systems
-
Support in further development and improvement of existing systems
What We’re Looking For
-
A completed degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Communications Engineering) with experience in hydrography, or a completed degree in Hydrography/Geophysics with strong technical expertise in integrating sonar, sensor, and navigation systems

Proven hands-on experience with multibeam echosounders and side scan sonars, as well as solid knowledge of network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls)

Strong technical understanding and knowledge of electrical engineering; ideally combined with experience in embedded systems, cabling, and power supply solutions

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach — even under time pressure during field operations

Willingness to travel internationally for projects, demonstrations, and training sessions

Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international teams and customers
